Returns & Exchanges

Free Size Exchanges – 30 Days

Ordered the wrong size? No problem. You can request a free size exchange within 30 days of delivery. We cover the return shipping and ship your new size at no cost to you. There are no exchange or processing fees.

To be eligible, the item must be:

• Unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition
• With all original tags attached
• In its original packaging

Exchanges are for a different size of the same item, subject to availability. If the size you need is out of stock, we will contact you to choose another size, color, or item of equal value.

Corsets and Clearance clothing are eligible for size exchange.

For hygiene reasons, lingerie, jewelry, and chokers are not eligible for size exchange unless they arrive damaged or defective.

How to Request a Size Exchange

Email us at contact@creepygoth.com with your order number, the item, and the size you need. We will send you free return instructions. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will ship your new size.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@creepygoth.com with your order number and clear photos or videos showing the issue. Once the issue is reviewed and approved, we will provide free return or replacement instructions.

Refunds

Outside of any legal rights you may have, we do not offer refunds for change of mind. Refunds are only issued for damaged, defective, or incorrect items when a replacement is not available.
