1. What products do you sell?

We sell gothic fashion and accessories, including dresses, skirts, pants, footwear, jewelry, chokers, corsets, bags, and lingerie.

2. Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! All orders ship worldwide for free.

3. How long does shipping take?

Estimated delivery is 5–20 days, depending on your location and the shipping carrier.

4. Can I return or exchange items?

Wrong size? Free size exchange within 30 days. If your item doesn't fit, you can exchange it for another size within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags and packaging. We cover the return shipping and ship your new size for free (subject to availability).

For hygiene reasons, lingerie, jewelry, and chokers are not eligible for size exchange unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items: contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos or videos. Once approved, we provide free return or replacement instructions.

Change of mind: we do not offer refunds for change of mind.

5. What if my package is lost or damaged?

Contact us immediately with photos of any damage. We will arrange a free replacement or refund.
