Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos or videos showing the issue. Once approved, we will provide free return or replacement instructions.

Change of Mind / Wrong Size

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for any reason, at no cost to you, except for the non-returnable items listed below. Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition with tags attached. Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned under either policy above unless damaged, defective, or incorrect:

• Lingerie
• Jewelry & chokers
• Corsets (for hygiene reasons)
• Items from the Clearance collection
