2. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! All orders ship worldwide for free.
3. How long does shipping take?
Estimated delivery is 8 to 20 days, depending on your location.
4. Can I return or exchange items?
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items: contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos or videos. Once approved, we provide free return or replacement instructions.
Change of mind or wrong size: we accept returns within 30 days of delivery at no cost, except for the non-returnable items below. Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition with tags attached.
Non-returnable unless damaged, defective, or incorrect: lingerie, jewelry and chokers, corsets (hygiene), and items from the Clearance collection.

5. What if my package is lost or damaged?
Contact us immediately with photos of any damage. We will arrange a free replacement or refund.
