• We do not store full credit/debit card information.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• Estimated delivery time is 8 to 20 days, depending on your location.

• We ship worldwide with free shipping.

• Delays caused by customs, postal services, or incorrect addresses are not the responsibility of KYONEX LLC.

5. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

• Returns, exchanges, and refunds follow the Refund policy.

• Damaged, defective, or incorrect items: contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos or videos. Once approved, we provide free return or replacement instructions.

• Change of mind or wrong size: returns within 30 days of delivery at no cost, except for non-returnable items. Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition with tags attached.

• Lingerie, jewelry and chokers, corsets, and items from the Clearance collection cannot be returned unless damaged, defective, or incorrect.
